Buying the first time feels like a lot. Here's the whole process in order, so nothing catches you off guard.
Get pre-approved
Talk to a lender before you tour. You’ll know what you can comfortably afford, and sellers expect the letter with an offer.
Sign on with Eric
A short buyer agreement spells out what Eric does for you and how he’s paid, in writing, before you tour.
Tour homes
Eric sets up showings, points out what listing photos don’t show, and tells you straight when a house isn’t the one.
Make an offer
Price, earnest money and contingencies, based on what similar homes actually sold for. Every term explained first.
Inspection and appraisal
A licensed inspector checks the home and your lender orders an appraisal. Eric helps you ask for repairs or credits.
Closing day
Final walkthrough, sign at the title company, and pick up your keys.
